Our 5,500 square foot fitness center offers Precor selectorized weight machines, Precor cardio machines, free weight room, stretch & functional training rooms with TRX suspension training and group fitness class studio.

Fitness Center orientations to learn how to use the equipment are held once per month.

Certified Personal Trainers are available for one on one and/or small group training sessions. There is an additional fee for this service.

The Highlands at Dove Mountain FREE Activity Reservation System is called "Court Reserve". Although developed primarily for court sports, "Court Reserve" has evolved to encompass other activities. The Highlands wants to deploy a standardized process for court sports, the swimming pool, fitness center activities and special events.
