We welcome tenants as friends of The Highlands at Dove Mountain. Many tenants choose to become resident owners after experiencing our lifestyle. Our CCRs are very specific about our rental policy to ensure that our community will not be treated as a short-term winter vacation destination. The Highlands at Dove Mountain requires a minimum 90-day lease for all tenants. All rentals are managed by the property owner or their management company, not by the HOA.

Owners must file a copy of the lease and a Lease Addendum with the HOA upon arrival. Tenants with a lease registered at the HOA may enjoy all of our amenities, participate in activities and clubs, and play golf at resident rates.

Tenants are strongly encouraged to go through an orientation to familiarize them with all our community has to offer. This orientation can be scheduled through the HOA receptionist in the main lobby.

Tenants are bound by the community age restriction that requires at least one occupant of the household to be age 50 or above. In addition, no one under the age of 19 may reside in the household for more than 90 days within a calendar year.
